closing of the (Possession order)execution petition

My grandfather(Father of my mother) had a property. My grandfather had five daughters. My grandfather died in the year 2003.After his demise on of his relative filed a civil suit in the year 2003 claiming that all my grandpa properties are belong to him through the unregistered will executed by my grandpa. All the daughters of my grandpa contested the case. After sending the will to forensic dept it is proved that the signature is not my grandfather one. The case was dismissed in the year 2016. In the mean time my grandpa relative & his allies files a collusive suit among them selves and get ex party judgement. Through the judgement the my grandpa relative ally get court registeration of the property. When he filed excutive petition asking possession order from court the daughters grandpa came to know about the collusive suit and filed the objection petition in the court in the year 2006.
Due to long year pending the EP is not yet closed by the subcourt. Is there any possibility to get High court direction for the quick disposal. Please guide.
