v r hindu. my husband 2legal notices n filed false complaint.now everything is over and now his relatives calling me to collect information from me like am i working or not and am i called him.and trying to ask our next step in this case.because v nt filed any case in court n police station. so y dey r calling me after 3mnths gap. and i kept my mbl switch of now. is it bcm any prblm for me if i did switch of n if i dnt talk to dem. wt i do nw. bcz i dnt wnt divorce case to file by him.

A.You should seriously contest the case filed by your husband. You can claim litigation expenses from the court for the case filed by him In case of any harassment caused by husband or his relatives other than court case by way of personal visit, phone calls etc you can lodge a complaint with the police and also inform the concerned court about it

A.If you don't want divorce then you should contest divorce filed by your husband. By keeping yourself hidden will solve no purpose.

You should appear before the authority wherever you receives calls to appear.

If you don't want divorce then youay file maintenance petition in competent court of law.

he went to black magician to kil me. by knowng i came to native in january bt at d end of march he filed complaint dat i run away frm his home by stealing his gold. in enquiry time police came to know he lodged false complaint and closed case. now today he gvn a msg u hv only 9days. wt it mean and wt he wil do next..how can i escape sir plz help. i dnt hv support to send him to jail so he playing in my life
