Regarding appeal against order of session court
5 years ago
Sir/Madam,
I am complainant in a murder case and session court judge gave order of acquittal of the accused. The case is state Govt vs. accused. Now I want justice but I am in confusion whether I should wait for state Govt to appeal or I should appeal individually. Is there any role of session court pp because Police is saying that we have submitted letter to court and court pp is saying that work is under process. What is the exact time limitation if I appeal individually. How much time pp from session court will take to process the appeal from state govt.or the time limitation will get over during this process. Please help me.
