i was drunk in a pub a website took my pictures there and uploaded it and the people were falsely mistaken that i was someone else and i want to imply the right to be forgotten in this case so that my personal information will not appear .

A.Hi client,
No one has a right to take your photos without your consent . Moreover post them in publicly.
You have a lots of option available- You can go to the police station and lodge a complain against the said. You can also send them a legal notice directing the said. You file a case stating Defamation against you.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and then approach the Court to delete such photos relating to your private life otherwise file defamation case.
