Dear all.... i have been allotted 30 x 40 dimension site from BSNL society. i paid all amount in installments and society and developer has registered me allotted site in 2012 and society has issued position certificate allotment letter khata and also NOC. After registration i went to check the allotted site and i had a big shock. Society has not marked my allotted site in Layout. Immediately i approached the society office and they have requested me to give some time. After few days i wrote several mails and sent Registered post requesting to hand over the site. But till now they have not given proper reply and not handed over my site. Also i approached consumer court but my application has been rejected because of late filling. please suggest me what next step i have to take.
