Hello sir,
I want to know about my marriage. Actually we are married January 2005, when I am 18yrs old and my husband 19 yrs old. And it's a love arranged marriage. And that time we are signed a registrar which belongs to Sreenarayana Guru Samajam.
Now I want to know that if I need to separate from my husband we need a divorce or something? We need to go through a Mutual agreement. And Now we have 2 kids also. So what about divorce in our case. Pls reply me ASAP.

A.dear client in your matter It can be annulled because it was performed during the minority of your husband age. What the about the children, question will arise. Better go for Mutual divorce.
