I am living in society for last 15 years in Thane Maharastra , as nwe society is formed last year in which one of our enemy is member as a treasurer , and we have two bike which we are parking since last 12 years , but now they are not allowing one bike ,saying that only one bike will be allowed , that also along with society sticker which they are giving to us ,asking our owner to come then that will be given to him otherwise not ,they are provoking us to fight so that they can create issue ,as my owner is no willing to come as he is busy and told us that he will come when he will get time, so please help as early as possible,also they are charging 1000 per month if we park second bike according to their AGM they said, our owner is with us.
Your flat owner has a big role here. He can object the same and take actions. You cannot do here anything as you are not a owner. Moreover if all the other members or residents are supporting it then its better to escape such flat.
