A.dear client i agreed on advice given that Before filing for divorce, register a complaint of domestic violence(498 ipc) & start collecting evidence of your husband's illicit relationship with other women. As per law, you'll remain, custodian of your child, subject to the order of the court.

A.If he is torturing and abusing you living with him is difficult, and if you file false dowry harassment case ultimately you may not succeed. You have to file for maintenance and move out of the house. Domestic violence petition may also ( under DV Act ) is an option. You should have proper details about his income, forget about that woman, you cvannot drag her into this in Court.

A.You can leave him and put a case of cruelty under 498-A, and also put a domestic violence case since it is only 5 years of marriage. You may also claim maintenance after filing a divorce case. I can help you with all of the above.
