Halaki voh humse baat bhi nhi karte the and mere bro in law ke sath rehte hai. Court ne 1600000 ka claim pass kiya jis mai se half mere in-laws ko de diya and half mujhe and meri beti ko jo 13 saal ki hai. Humara koi source of income bhi nhi hai. Kya ye shi hai. Mere in-laws ko claim milna chahiye. Mai apne mayke mai rehti hoon. Mere in laws ke 2 makan bhi hai. Mene unki property se kuch bhi nhi liya. Kya mere in-laws ko claim ke paise mai se half milna chahiye jbki unki 40000 monthly pension hai. Pls tell me advice mujhe kya krna chahiya

A.Hello Client,

you can challenge the order in a higher court with proper evidence to prove that you father-in-law should not get the share since he is a pension holder and you and your daughter has no source of income.

Thanks & Regards

A.Hi client,
You and your daughter both have a right in the share of your husband's property. You can reopen and challenge the previous case by again reopening it.
Collect evidences to prove the income of your father-in-law. Your case stands a strong one.
Thank you
