Runaway from home

I'm 25yr girl. I want to runaway from my home and want to get a job in another state in India. Because my parents compel me to marry one who I don't like. I can't adjust with him. If I runaway by writing a letter to my parents and also posting a letter to the nearest police station like I'm leaving home with myself and no one compel me to do so,is there any missing case can be filed by my parents?

1. Try to convince your parents.
2. You can meet your nearest police station and inform the same to protect you.
3. Meet any women organizations near by you and take their help.
4. It is not advisable to run away from the house.

A.Dear madam
Inspite of that letter they may lodge complaint saying that you might have written such letter under somebody's force. Better approach civil court and get an injunction order against your parents to not interfere into your private life.

A.Hi client,
As you are an adult you are free to lead your life as you want, nobody including your parents cannot stop you. If you will in written submit before the Police station in a General Diary about your job and you are leaving your place at your own will then no no missing report for such missing can be registered. Apart from legal suggestion one suggestion would be-
Running away is not a very good idea have a good conversation with your parents and confess about your wishes.Share your problems with anyone you trust may be your relatives or friends. Situation might change. You also have a responsibility towards your parents.

A.No if you write to local police and a letter no one can file a missing complain in police station. But instead of running you can talk to your family and convince them that you want to work. Running away from home is not a good idea. Have you thought what will happen to your parents. But if you are asking about any legal action against you on running away from home than there is not as you are an adult person. You have every right to do what you like in life.
