Selling Agreement not fulfilled it's time condition

My question about property sell agreement according this 5 April 2018 was last date for full and final payment but dealer delayed cause they applied for home loan. 95 % payment is done..we bought a home in which 2 months are given to us payment. Can we stay our home without any troubles 2 months as now dealers home loan approved and they wand registered the property in their name..but we need 2 months time cause we need time to pay our new home installment but they pressurize to quick possession.

A.dear client in your matter Yes you can until the registration is not complete. Have a meeting with the Purchaser to sort this out.

A.Pay the 2 installments now itself if u have money... And release the mortgage from.. And register them..
