My father took the property of grand father in the document its mention that father buy it from grand father , at that time my father don't have any job my grand father was paralysis also. my father bought this land from grand father on 1987.During 2008 my father took a step to sell the ptoperty at this time fathers both brother , sister have filed a case , for that father had given share to all his brothers and sisters and settle the case. My father had a bank loan that's the reason why he want to sell the land . and he sell the 3/4 th of the land and bought new house.
My question is do I have any share in my fathers property or can I file a case against him to stop him from selling the property. At the time of my marriage my father told that this new property belongs to me and he told this to my wife's parents also. I worked in abroad for 4 years and sent all money to my father . now I lost job , now he is saying that he will not give me anything and he will sell the property and I have to go out. Do there is any solution for this legally.

A.As per your personal Law it does not matter from whom your father bought the land, as concept of ancestral property is not there. If you have records of your remittances to him from you when you worked abroad you should claim the amount back from him by filing a recovery suit and ask for an attachment of that house.
