My grandfather procured the commercial Property of 1000 sq.ft (corner peice on mainroad) and he is no more now.He had four sons and two (1st/4th)of his sons are not in business and 2nd sons & 3rd sons are in business. Already 2nd son and his sons are doing business in same Property (his 350 plus square ft). Now I and my father(3rd son) are willing to business in our part of land . Land is being transferred(name transfer) from grandfather to all 4son. How should we approach legally to get 250 sq ft of land .
