Bike Accident 1 dead case filed u/s 304a, 279 Bike Accident 1 dead case filed u/s 304a, 279

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which i was driving a bike and at a green signal one pedestrian suddenly tried to cross the road which resulted in the accident. This happen previous month. Now after a month I come to know that man(senior citizen) has died and his family have lodged a case against me u/s 304a and 279. Right now I have got bail from court but the case as well as the FIR was filed after a month. I have all the proper documents of bike and a valid driver's license. What chances are of me coming out innocent as that was not my fault that someone suddenly decided to cross the road on a green signal for the vehicles. Thanks for any advice.
