There is a property of my mother contains home and 5 acre field, there are 4 daughters and 3 sons .since more than 15 years it was maintained under 3 sons after my mother's expiry. Now 3 daughters filed a petition to take part in that against 3 sons But me(daughter) neither to or against the party. When the case was started I got a notice but i didn't appointed any lawyer till now. And not getting any information about case except in online. So if I neglect like what will be effect in future is there any chance/rules for bringing me to the notice of final decision or else petioner take there part and again I need to file petion separately to take my part please clear sir/ma'am and after getting my part how much I've freedom to divide among my children as it's my mothers property not my earned property. Waiting for yor answer thank you wr,Arun
