Father Name Mismatch (Need Advice)

In my 10th, 12th, graduation and post graduation (My father name is Anand Goel and In my ID proof such as pan card, aadhaar card father name is Anand Kumar Goel) But his name is Anand Kumar as per his Aadhaar card and Pan Card... So, which name should i follow please advice.

please make an Affidavit stating and declaring that both the names in different documents are of a same person.

It would be better if you will use the name that he is having in his ID proof. You can also ask your father to make an affidavit declaring the same.
