I was traveling in uber cab as passenger. Cab hit by truck from behind. I was uncouncious and admitted to hospital. All test carried out and Dr found that My chin and jaw fractured three teeth broken and one hearing loss in one ear. I was hospitalized for 20 days and now treatment is through OPD going on. What are the legal aspects involved and compensation claim settlement

A.yes you can get compensation claim settlement,
you can file a claim case against the truck driver valid insurance as well,

A.FIR must have been filed. Plz collect those documents from the PS and approach Lawyer and file claim for compensation in appropriate Motor accident claim Tribunal. Plz contact for further elaboration. Thanks

A.if the FIR has been lodged regarding the accident, you can file a claim case against the truck driver
