icon Is it fine to deposit the aadahar card with old details in court when I have the new Aadhar with different details

In any petition in court if we place old zerox of aadhar card of old address for identity, where there is updated aadhar card also available with me. original old aadhar card is available also. is it

A. There should not be a problem if it is provided just for identity but it is also being provided for residential address proof then you may have issues. Ideally we should never submit the old document when we have a changed document because of the court comes to know it was done deliberately to mislead the court then you can be in trouble.

Deceased daughter children's when can't claim ancestral property of the mother

A. Mother's ancestral property cannot be considered as ancestral in the hands of children so mother's share in her ancestral property will be considered as self acquired and the mother is entitled to transfer the same in registered manner to any person of her choice and her deceased daughter's children cannot raise any objection.

A. Hi,
Since you have been staying there for more than 12 years, you can use the defense of adverse possession. Adverse possession may be a term that’s utilized in our legal system when someone acquires ownership of movable or immovable property by continuous use of it. icon Will the GPA cancellation of first holder impact us and we no more hold the right to land?

We have a property in Hyderabad bought in 1990. The GPA holder(given by a mother and son) who sold us the land his GPA has been dismissed in 1995(by court based on case put by 3 daughters of above mot

A. Hi,
1) Cancellation of the GPA does not nullify the earlier actions taken by that GPA holder. In your case, the sale is valid and you still hold rights over it.
2) When a sale deed has already been executed over a land, any subsequent deals selling the same piece of land by the previous owner is null and void.
Thus, you have no reason to fear.
