My neighbor said that he has Valid Construction Permits but when am asking them they do not provide that to me . neighbor is not following the basic rule for structures, are allowed in the mandatory open space And Front, rear and side open spaces have been fixed on the basis of the height of buildings in the following range are not followed properly under West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007.

as per West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007 The minimum, open spaces with respect to height and Category of buildings shall be as follows if building high Above 8.0 up to 11.0M but they are not following that Now what I should do?

A.Hi,
You may send a legal notice to the neighbour asking for the permission. Furthermore, you are required to raise a complaint with the municipal corporation and intimate them about these happenings.

A.You can write a letter to the municipal corporation and intimate them about the deviation from the sanctioned plan. The concerned department will pay a visit and take action as per the rule. They may ask him to demolish the deviation.
