icon Make Tenant's immovable property as a security for the Unpaid Rent to Landlord

Eviction ordered. But still, the tenant has not handed over the premise. He filed the appeal without giving the rent as well and the rent pending at the moment is more than 11 lakhs. How can we file

A. Dear client, in my humble suggestion, if the tenant has neither given the rent for a long nor is vacating the house, then you can approach a civil court for damages for the loss that you have suffered due to the problem, both physical as well as mental. You can also approach the Rent Control Board, through an application requesting the Board to decide the matter and direct the tenant to either give the complete rent or vacate the house.

I have completed my six years in bank on 31st july 2022 . A loyalty bonus was supposed to be given on completion of six years . I have 20 months of unauthorised absence on loss of pay on medical groun

A. Dear client, in my humble suggestion, the remedy is to issue a lawyer's notice to the company to give it an opportunity to pay the promised bonus without the intervention of the civil court. If the notice from the lawyer does not produce the desired result then a lawsuit for recovery of money is the solution.
