Hello sir, My grandfather and Father has given 4 shops in 1970s for 1 lakh rupees and 50rs rent per month , now we want them to vacate these shops but they are asking for money. Is there any legal way

A. Dear Sir,
You can go to the Court but it will take years together to decide your eviction suit. Better to settle the matter and get possession of the shops.

Simply filing CAVEAT petition does not give you a right to construct unless you are in possession and obtained legal construction license.

It depends upon the circulars issued by concerned fire department. If it is high raise building then one has to follow several conditions before getting license to run a restaurant.

Please approach High Court to stay the investigation and to quash the FIR. Another petition may be filed in the High Court to initiate criminal action against her since she is anti-social element as she is blackmailing your son though she is married having a child and not got divorce in respect of second marriage.

That is the law of the land. There is no difference between rich son and poor son. During the lifetime of your parents you should have asked your parents to file maintenance petition under Section 125 of Cr.P.C and to claim huge maintenance from his rich son. Now you cannot do anything.
