I would like to know whether photos is needed compulsory to prove my wifes extra marital affair.Actually I dont have any photo of them. My wife used to chat with her boyfriend with different names after marriage and used to delete it immediately.I have her facebook chats before marriage where she proposed him. After marriage With great difficulty i have two whatsapp chat conversation between them. she told me to transfer money to goldsmith for buying gold (but later i came to know that he is not goldsmith but he is her boyfriend)met him personally along with her mother. My question is why my wife should meet him and chat with him even after marriage?we got separated 1year ago.Now her boyfriend married someother girl.My wife is demanding 10lakhs.When fault is on my wife side why should i pay amount to her?Can these proofs be sufficient for cheating and extramarital affair?

A.You need to file a divorce suit on the ground of adultery and mental cruelty before the district court of your jurisdiction. Therefore you need to consult with an advocate at earliest to take necessary legal steps against your wife and the advocate will only suggest you after scrutinizing all the relevant documents which can be used as an evidence against your wife.

A.Dear Client,

Adultery and extra marital affair is a strong ground for divorce. In such cases, alimony is usually not given to the wife. You may show other proofs of extra-marital affair to have the case in your favor if you don't have the photos.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.
