Wife demanding hefty alimony

my wife stayed with me only for 2months after marriage.She married me only for money because she was in love with her boyfriend even after marriage.Once I came to know her affair that she went to her home and also want a divorce.I have filed a cheating annulment petition last year april for concealing her past affair and contiuning after mariage.Now they are demanding 10lakhs through her advocate stating that her lover married another girl recently and I have made false allegations on her. But I have few chats between them (love talks)and also she used to meet him personally .Now I cant give any alimony as i have taken loans for marriage.Is there any chance to reduce alimony to 2lakhs?

A.If you have enough evidence against your wife then wait for the final judgement from the learned court for the decree of annulment. Until she files any case for alimony against you before the court, how can you or your wife decide the amount of alimony. Kindly consult with an advocate for getting the best possible remedy.

A.Dear client,
It would be difficult task to get your marriage annulled becoz of yours wife previous love affairs.
so if she is ready to give divorce then go for mutual consent divorce and negotiate the alimony with her.

Adultery and extra marital affair is a strong ground for divorce. In such cases, alimony is not given to the wife. You may show the proofs of extra-marital affair to have the case in your favor.
