Divorce from an absconding criminal

If a divorce petition is filed against a man who has some previous civil and criminal charges in various courts, and the man doesn't show up for the hearing. Will the divorce be granted? And will the wife be called in for questioning or the other cases will be reopened just because the wife has come forward to free herself from the marriage. She is also a victim here and faced harassment fr years

A.Ma'am it is a very good and strong ground for getting the decree of divorce from the learned court of district judge if you have sufficient evidence regarding your allegations against your husband. You need to file a contested divorce suit at earliest with the assistance of a good lawyer.
