i submitted My passport on 10th jan'22 for a qatar job . today is 08th march'22 ,in between those days i did not a call from agent side . Now when i am telling them that i am not interested for that .

Co-owners can sell their part without the consent of other co-owners. However, it solely depends upon what kind of property it is. Undivided or divided. In Undivided property, consent is required and in the other, the consent is not required.

You may proceed to the court and file a case for divorce and then the custody of the child. However, you may not leave the job for filing a divorce petition. All you can do is come to India and file a petition for the same. All those recordings will help you in your defense for the custody.
