It is advised to visit a lawyer in such a scenario and send a legal notice to the company regarding non-payment of the promised salary. Even if they does not pay the due amount, then file a case in the civil court regarding the breach of employment contract, which must have been signed between you and the company while joining the company.

Please be specific while you represent the scenario of any situation. Distribution of property depends and varies from religion to religion. However, if your son is Hindu, then the property will be distributed according to Section 13 of the Hindu Succession Act. If he is the only son and dies without making a will, then the property will be distributed equally among his parents, if he has siblings then the property will be distributed equally among his parents and siblings.
