A. Dear Client,
If the court has given you the right of only 1 m access then it is recommended to stick to it. You cant claim directly but rather again get a legally valid permission to extend the area by another 4 - 4.5 width and then show it as access to your motor vehicles.

As per Hindu succession act, 1956, If father dies without making will his property is distributed among class 1 heirs which include mother and son in equal amount. Same goes with your case you and your mother will equally inherit yours property.
