my land is registered double i was the person purchased 2nd.how can i know who is that person 1st purchased

A.Dear Sir,
You can get details of person who purchased at first instance if you obtain encumbrance certificate from Sub-Registrar office and then as per the details available therein you can obtain copy of first sale deed.

A.Dear Client,
A single property cannot be registered twice and seller cannot subsequently sold the same property to two person at the time. If the seller did this kind of act you can file the case of fraud and cheating against him but the actual owner will be the one to whom the property was sol first.
