You can file an application in court for the same after you arrive at a settlement with regard to that property. You can reach to a settlement with regard to the house and get it registered within 4 months of the execution.

1. You have all rights to file a suit against your neighbours for compensation. But it would difficult to get as you helped voluntarily hut you could still ask for the medical expenses. You could initiate with filing a suit in the court. Also the amount of compensation would completely depends upon you, how much you claim.

A legal heir certificate is thus a crucial ‘post-demise’ document to establish the relationship between the deceased and legal heirs and who the legal heirs are, in order to claim certain assets. But the legal heir certificate is required when the person dies without any will. Although if judge is asking for the same you could submit an affidavit Stating that their is no living legal heir of the deceased person.

It is not applicable to your father unless he is working in Central Government Department or Public Sector Companies. It is misconceived that salary will not be considered. Employees of above categories of organizations if working as category C or B then their salaries will not be taken into consideration and irrespective of their salaries there are entitled for OBC non creamy layer certificate.
