A. Hi,
To guarantee that there are no misunderstandings between the two parties, it is recommended that you ask for a proper answer from them. TDS was created with the goal of collecting tax from the source of income, and if there is an issue, you can prepare and send a legal notification.
Thank you very much.

A. Hi,
According to the Indian Succession Act of 1925, anybody who is of sound mind and is not a minor can create a will; if a will is formed in a person's name, the property is passed to the person specified in the will and no one else after the person's death. However, it is critical to execute your will such that your legal successors cannot argue that the will was created under duress or compulsion.

Thank you very much.

A. Stop entertaining recovery agents of bank. Recovery agents are not authorised nor they have any authority to ask your bank money. In ICICI bank vs Praksh Kaur supreme court has held that no recovery agent can adopt coercive method. Report the matter to police complaining such harassment by so called recovery agent who in fact are crooks and bank officials.

A. Hello Sir
1. You have all rights to file a suit against your neighbours for compensation. But it would difficult to get as you helped voluntarily hut you could still ask for the medical expenses. You could initiate with filing a suit in the court. Also the amount of compensation would completely depends upon you, how much you claim.

A. Hello Sir/ Ma'am
A legal heir certificate is thus a crucial ‘post-demise’ document to establish the relationship between the deceased and legal heirs and who the legal heirs are, in order to claim certain assets. But the legal heir certificate is required when the person dies without any will. Although if judge is asking for the same you could submit an affidavit Stating that their is no living legal heir of the deceased person.
Thanks

You being adult person should manage your personal life being not influenced by any other family member. You may start saying in a far away place or in unknown place by issuing a legal notice saying that you are staying on your own.
