A.Hello Sir
You could get the whole land in a case where your father leaves a will for you and give all the land to you. Otherwise the property would be divided equally among all the legal heirs according to the Hindu Succession Act.
If you father is alive then you could ask your father to gift the property in your in order transfer solely in your name.
Thanks

A.You have not specified whether your father is alive or not . If he is alive then through registered Gift Deed he can transfer the entire property to you and your sisters cannot prevent him from doing so because the property is self acquired. Through Will also, your father can bequeath the entire property to you.

If your father is not alive and if he had not made and published any Will , then the property has been devolved upon his children and widow, each having undivided one-eighth share therein so to get the ownership of the entire land, your six sisters and mother have to make registered Relinquishment/ Gift Deed in your favour.

A.You can get the entire land only if your sisters agree not to claim any right in the property and for that what they can do is execute relinquishment deed. Each one of them has to do it and after that you will be sole owner of the land.
