Sell agreement kerke party makan me lock ker bhag gaya hai. Ab mera advance money fis gaya hai.

A.Hello Sir/Ma'am
It would be suggested to contact the seller ask him to act as per the terms and conditions of the sell agreement and if he doesn't then refund the money paid. In case he doesn't refund then you could file a complaint against him in the police station.

A.Hello Sir/ Ma'am
As you have entered in the seller agreement the next step for you is to register the property. After that you could take the possession of the property. Till the sell agreement you could just have the visitation rights over that property. Try to contact the seller to register that property.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize that Sale Agreement for the terms and conditions . Please take note that until and unless you will take appropriate step as may be advice in law within the stipulated period of time then due to your inaction,the matter becomes time barred and then you cannot be entitled to take legal step.
