Whatever is your clarification, get it drafted as a reply by an advocate, and submit . Do mention every detail, about how you were unaware of the case.

A. Sons of deceased your maternal aunt does not require any permission from their respective sons or children before making sale of land received in heritance. After sale it is your mother and father who are owners of 6 acre each so in suit only your parents were required to be impleaded and sons of deceased were to be added or impleaded as performa defendant. If your parents are not satisfied by preliminary decree then same should be challenged in higher court.

Kindly talk to the above authority who is senior to your boss and discuss about the issues you are facing regarding the relieving letter and also about the salary slips. You can mail this issue to the above higher authority. Salary slips can also be taken from the HR department, if there is a department in your office or to the Finance Department. On the other part, when the defamation stands approved against your wife, then, on that basis you can claim damages from the company who have denied giving you the chance of presenting your views. You can sue him. You have the right to get the amount which he has agreed for your work. Issue him a legal notice asking to pay the sum and you can also ask for compensation if you had any loss because of his delay.

If you do not have enough money in your bank account then no need to worry, Bank will try to reach you when your account will declare as NPA. Bank has the option either to seize your bike for non payment or can take action against you by initiating legal proceedings.
