A. you can live if that he wants to pay maintenance money and college fees.

mutual divorce only have 6 months cooling off period which does not have any compensation.
so for compensation in mutual divorce, it depends on both of you.
we had done divorces without going to court (online) and even in less than 3 weeks but it depends case to case.
