Property suit

I got a advocate Letter by post with injunction application copy, and documents which submitted by our property share holder. And got a letter which was written on opposition's advocate own name pad. They said that court passed order to maintain status quo in respect of nature characters and possession of the suit property. But there has no court stamp and signature of magistrate. No court order attached with that document. Is it valid? Our construction is on going. Construction property in our possession last 12 year. Due to corona situation court are closed.
Local police not inform regarding such order.. what will do now?

A.Hi,
The injunction is passed through a court order and as a concerned party to the suit, you will receive the order copy. Consult your lawyer and ask him to either get the copy from the court or you can get it online as well. Communication from other lawyers is not binding ask him to send a copy of the order passed by the court.

A.हाय।हो सकता है आपके विरूध कोर्ट मे केस दर्ज किया गया हो।यदि कोर्ट द्वारा कोई निषेधाज्ञा का आदेश पारित किया गया हो।परन्तु यदि उसके वकील के द्वारा आपको कोई सूचना भेजी गई है।तो उसकी कोई महत्त्व नही है।वैसकोर्ट जब expartee आदेश पारित की जाती हैं।तब उसकी सूचना प्रतिवादी को भेजी जाती है।हो सकता है उसकी सूचना आपको दी गई हो।आप उक्त केस का स्टेटस ecourts aap पर जाकर देख सकते हो।वैसे आप तुरंत अपने वकील साहब से समपर्क करे।।जिस से आपकी सम्सया का समाधान हो सके।

A.Advocate letter cannot be completely relied upon in respect of a Court order even if it is interim order. Normally you are supposed to contact the lawyer and ask him to provide you with the hard copy of true certified copy of the Order or email you the soft copy of the Order which should be accessible on the website of e-Courts, which even you can find if the letter has mentioned case number and Court.
