A. 3 different rent agreements or you 3 formed group and made 1 rent agreement.
if you 3 girls had group then other 2 girls have to say to continue and return your share of deposit instead of owner.
if owner gave on rent independently to you 3 girls then you should not be bothered about their continuation.
about 1 month notice, this is very unusual to not have it in agreement.

A. My only advice is to talk to a lawyer face to face. Firstly, hire a lawyer for a criminal case that is registered against you and then file a domestic violence case on basis of cruelty alongwith divorce case. You need to pray for the custody of the child as well in your divorce case.
