Security deposit dispute
3 girls stay in a flat and as my agreement has expired, I have vacated premises. Our agreement doesn't talk about any notice post termination of the agreement. Please confirm if I am liable to pay one month's rent to the owner. Also, the other 2 girls do not want to vacate the flat.

A.3 different rent agreements or you 3 formed group and made 1 rent agreement.
if you 3 girls had group then other 2 girls have to say to continue and return your share of deposit instead of owner.
if owner gave on rent independently to you 3 girls then you should not be bothered about their continuation.
about 1 month notice, this is very unusual to not have it in agreement.
in your case its you 3 girls formed group and you are now leaving after agreement finished 11 months. in this case they want to continue and you want to leave then they have to make arrangement to find 3rd girl. they can force you to pay 1 month notice.
Hope this clarifies,
