A. can make out credit card summons and warrant and kanooni karvai.
but can not make out full question.
still it seems case reached court for due amount.
you can ask the time for payment if you have reasons.

A. YES, Mutual divorce is possible without telling anyone.
infact nobody have any say in mutual divorce except you 2.
In many of our cases, people lived in same house till divorce finalized.
after divorce is granted, it becomes new relationship under live-in which is again husband-wife (informal) so it is not advised to avoid any further complications.

That notice period company have to pay even if you resign and handle it properly without mistake.
company needs reason for termination which can be challanged.

A. if he not delivered mobile then you can file police complaint for cheating if police takes it.
