Me & my wife planning for a divorce without my parents, relatives & Friends knowing. What are the possibilities? My wife wants to stay with me even after divorce till the time she finds her match

A.YES, Mutual divorce is possible without telling anyone.
infact nobody have any say in mutual divorce except you 2.
In many of our cases, people lived in same house till divorce finalized.
after divorce is granted, it becomes new relationship under live-in which is again husband-wife (informal) so it is not advised to avoid any further complications.

A.Hi,
A Petition may be filed in the Family Court
Joint petition for dissolution of marriage for a decree of divorce is presented to the Family Court by both the spouses on the ground stating that they have not been able to reconcile the differences and live together. Thus, have mutually agreed to dissolve the marriage or they have been living separately for a period of one year or more. This petition has to be signed by both the parties.
