If I deny for the mutual divorce consent will the court permit me to stay in my in laws house. And if they deny to accept what can be done?

A.mutual divorce and residence order are 2 different things.
you have right of residence until the divorce is finalized (mutual or contested).
if they deny then you have to file Domestic Violence case and ask for residence and/or maintenance order.
