Aircel tower

A aircel tower was intalled on my property in 2009 ,But comapny have failed to pay the rent from last 3 years.Which is a matter of conern,Now we want to know how to approach them & we want them to vacant our space so that we can proceed further.

we require more facts and details on the installation of the tower, the paper work, etc.

A.the tower is unused now or its being used by company which took over aircel.
send the notice for due.
other tower companies might be interested to take over it because they dont have to pay installation charges.
