A. Write an application to EPFO Commissioner explaining the factual position of EPS which is transferred to your present employer but revert back to EPFO as informed by his present employer endorsing a copy to your present employer for necessary action.

A. Reach out to concerned office of the Chief Inspector of Shops and Establishment if your organization or establishment governed by Shops and Establishment Act redressal of your grievance.
And in case your establishment comes under the purview of I D Act get in touch with the office of Labour Commissioner or you may file an application before the Laour Court u/s.33C(2) of I D Act claiming dues from your employer.

A. Once the notice tendering resignation is served in compliance of the terms of employment letter, then on expiery of 30 days period resignation is automatically deemed to be accepted and enforceable. You are entitled for notice pay for serving during the notice period.
For non issue of release letter post resignation and for non payment of notice pay, you may contact with the office of the concerned Labour Commissioner to obtain desired reliefs.
