A. Dear client,
The in-charge Dean has the ability to impose a penalty, and it appears that the sanction is out of proportion to the error made by the student. The person who feels wronged might go to the High Court or the Appellate Authority.

A. Dear Sir,
Atleast if charge sheet is filed the Accused has to appear before the Court and you can bring all the evidences which are with you by appointing another private advocate. Otherwise if Police file B Report that is no case report then you can file objections to such B Report and continue criminal case against the Accused through your private advocate.
