I want to respond to a legal notice sent by NBFC that i need more time to pay my debts i took Loan of 1000 rs and now it became 4000 due to interest charges please help me

recovery agents might agree for that.
citi loan is also credit card.
they can convert the loan to emi in settlement.

A. Hi,
As per the insolvency process only the debtor is liable to pay the loans accrued. Your fiance cannot be made liable for the loan of his father.

More information will be needed in order to guide you properly as to from whom you have taken the loan and is there a written agreement for that loan. If yes then before the due date they cannot force you to pay the amount.
