A. Mobidick is proven fraud company. it is still running due to greed of indians.
First a person should stop cheque payment of security cheque.
how much is cheque amount.

if less then take chill pill.

if more then maximum they will file case which you can easily defend.

A. Hi , Recently because of covid , several state governments instructed people in general dont to be harsh on rents, so you can get some relief in this angle, And importantly go to the bank and instruct them to stop payment , for all your cheques, in this way initially you can have a relief , and have a ground for stop payment, in a court later even if they file a case.

I made an agreement to sell for my property for which cheques were issued. later on, other party cancelled them. I still had to enter for byana agreement. what legal remedies do I have?

A. Hello Sir,
According to facts, there was an agreement for sale of property, but if there was any clause in your agreement in regard to the performance or non-performance, you should uphold them, since there was no bayana agreement.
Though you may sort it out with mutual consent.
