I filed 2 lac cheque bounce case on house owner. he came for settlement and agreed to pay in 4 installments in 4 months or go to jail. Court passed order based on that settlement.
but he not paid anything in last 1 year. house owner shifted to andhra pradesh after selling propetry of bangalore. we send arrest warrants and flw but nothing happened. my lawyer said he can not do anything more. please help because i lost 2 lakh and 25000 lawyer fees and got useless court order.

there are already arrest warrents and flw. so dont post reply that file police complaint.

A.Hi,
You can file an application to the court for non-execution of the court order. Then the court will issue directions to arrest and retrieve your money.

A.Hi,
You can file an application to the court for non-execution of the court order. Then the court will issue directions to arrest and retrieve your money.
