I have took loan from mobiwiki app one of staff customer executive contact throw the watsup and he offered some amount close the loan so i have paid full loan before 6 months but still they are representing cheque to my bank account please help us

A.Mobidick is proven fraud company. it is still running due to greed of indians.
First a person should stop cheque payment of security cheque.
how much is cheque amount.
if less then take chill pill.
if more then maximum they will file case which you can easily defend.
You can even send letter to them and can file case of cheating on them.

Did you receive any loan clearance letter from the mobiwiki authorities? If you receive the letter send the copy of the same to the customer executive and tell them about your problem. If they respond positively no issue. If they did not respond positively take a legal action against them by sending regd. lawyer notice. And also inform the same to the banking authorities and not to honour the cheques which were send by the mobiwiki.

You should first try to contact the app and the customer executives, if not satisfied than you may send them a legal notice.
