Cheque bounce case

I received cheque bounce memo from bank on 8th May and I sent legal notice on 2nd October. Can delay be condoned.

A.Due to corona, various high courts issued court closure days so there is no delay.
but finally filed it or not. case has to be filed within 45 days of receiving notice.

A.There is possibility to condone any inordinate delays. The reasons for the delay must be presented before court very firmly.

A.If it all is in 2020 then you must apply for condonation. Normally Notice must be issued within 30 days of intimation from the bank regards bouncing of the cheque.
