so nasik is also jurisdiction.
financial condition will come in the case.
wife's parental home situations can be some value of evidence but only if they are not good for child.

1) she need not attend court personally in Jharkhand right now (COVID-19)

A. The child above the age of 9 yrs, are given choice for the custodial and visitation rights by the Court.
You can approach the court and file a petition for the visitation rights for your daughter.
paying for the maintenance of your daughter, that would strengthen your case for the custody of the child if she is less than 9 years but in this case her choice is most important.

You have not mentioned the ingredients of the black mail and how you are being or feelings victimized because of it but if you think you have the right and courage to confront those ingredients before a court then you can always file a case of restitution of conjugal rights against your wife which will compel your wife to stay with you in her matrimonial home in case she choose to follow the dictum of the judgment delivered against her if at all that happens.

A. In which city your living. I am asking this because in every state thete are certain details of women police officers can be found through the website of that state. I would suggest you to call to women protection cell. If you let me know the name of your city I can help you accordingly. Also, if possible file a complaint against your husband as well as relatives through any of your relative. I can also help you.
