Father Filed Child custody in July 2020 but not getting overnight stay of child till date . Is it normal to have this much delay?

A.Have you asked for interim relief of temprorary custody or meeting with the child. Plz check.

A.In most cases if child is below 5yra of age or girl child than mostly father does not get over night stay, however in your case since you have filed the matter and the matter is pending though delay normally happens depending on circumstances in each case and at times because of certain other reasons like you know in Covid 19 times functioning of Court had become slow but however, if you feel it's taking time, you can request the Court to provide for Order in your matter or if arguments have not taken place than you can ask for matter to be listed soon for arguments.
